Enhance large firm’s visibility in the very specific area of Independent Contract Law. Key attorneys had been highly active in this area, including testimony before the United States Congress.

Strategic Approach:

The critical element to this effort was to bombard not just the general, news and legal media on this topic, but also to pitch/ghostwrite articles on this topic to publications serving industries with a vested interest in this subject. Speaking engagements for the firm’s attorneys were also solicited.

Results:
