Leveraging a Firm’s Success in A Landmark Case

The Challenge:

Leverage law firm’s success in having secured a smoke-free environment on behalf of a non-custodial parent seeking to alleviate his son’s asthmatic condition.

Strategic Approach:

A.L.T. recognized that the PR “hook” in this case was not the settlement itself, but rather in the fact that the court had ruled in favor of the boy’s health over the right of the custodial parent to smoke in her own home. A.L.T. contacted both regional as well as national print and broadcast outlets highlighting the case’s newsworthiness.

Results:

Results from the agency’s efforts were phenomenal. The story was carried in many of the major newspapers and the firm’s Senior Partner appeared on a myriad of local and national television programs.
