Approach the task of promoting the firm’s Personal Injury practice in an aggressive, yet inoffensive manner.
Strategic Approach:
Agency developed a television spot that ran counter to the “traditional” Personal Injury approach. This “Anti-Shouting” execution poked a bit of fun at these often crass commercials and instead showed that pursuing justice in such cases is serious business that requires hard work and skill.
