Support Efforts in Class Action Notifications

The Challenge:

Assist the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims (ICHEIC) in notifying holocaust survivors/heirs worldwide of compensation to which they might be entitled.

Strategic Approach:

Sub-contracting through Hilsoft Notifications (the nation’s premier legal notification’s firm), A.L.T. developed creative print advertisings which ran in publications all over the world, collateral materials as well as a television commercial.

Results:

Although no amount of money can undo the wrongs that were inflicted on survivors by many European insurance firms, the campaign was successful in reaching an extremely large per cent of the population all over the world who were entitled to compensatory benefits.

Today, A.L.T. continues to work with Hilsoft on a wide variety of large class action notifications and outreach programs including those involving such names/organizations as Metropolitan Life, Masonite, Firestone, the U.S.D.A. and Royal Ahold.
