Target Law Firm Referral Sources

The Challenge:

Encourage referrals from mental health professionals to the agency’s family law client.

Strategic Approach:

Agency developed and implemented all elements of a Seminar entitled “When Families Break Apart – Providing Mental Health Services to Families & Family Court.” The seminar focused on teaching these professionals how to generate a new revenue stream by working with the courts on child custody evaluations.

Materials and press releases were developed which promoted the seminar.

Results:

Approximately 20 mental health care professionals attended this well-received seminar. Many went on to provide referrals to the family law practice.
